Sans-serif…

Sans-serif? Firstly what is it? Well in french “sans” means  “without” so this means “without serif”.
As seen in the picture the end of the letter has a blunt edge instead of a small line or flick. These tend to be seen as more modern typefaces as they look more slick but have also been known to be more difficult to read that serif fonts as serif fonts define the end of the letter therefore rumour has it that makes it easier to read.
